Today's Inkigayo stage was rich with great performers, but many eyes were focused on the return of Taegoon with his new song "Betrayed"! Many fans were raving about his comeback stage on Music Bank, and this follow-up on Inkigayo was equally enjoyable.With a purple backdrop and full set of waiters backup dancers, Taegoon delivered an awesome show for fans and nonfans alike. Though his singing was subpart, Taegoon really showed off his dance talent with the spiffy choreography for this song.
Not gonna lie, I found Taegoon's first song, "Call Me", catchy as heck - even if it was essentially a carbon copy of "Wrong Number" (TVXQ), this song definitely drew in fans on the first listen. I have a feeling that "Betrayed" will have the same effect on many; the "swinging" chorus part is addicting... I see a new popular move in the making!
With his associations with big names like Jaejoong and Wheesung in the past, many have anticipated this song to get a taste of Taegoon's true flavor. What do you think, sweet or sour?
