Uchitel's top notch attorney Gloria Allred has scheduled a press conference for Thursday, December 3, during when she will make a statement about Uchitel's relationship with Tiger Woods.

New report has just been brought to public's notice by Radar Online that Rachel Uchitel has finally come clean about her affair with Tiger Woods. Unnamed sources have exclusively revealed to the site that the so-called New York City party girl will admit she had fling with the 33-year-old golfer in a press release scheduled to be held on Thursday, December 3.

In a press release, Uchitel's high profile attorney Gloria Allred, whom she was spotted with at LAX on Sunday morning, November 29, confirms that "at the news conference Ms. Allred will make a statement about Ms. Uchitel's relationship with Tiger Woods." It is stated further, Uchitel "will be present at the news conference but will not speak."

Rachel Uchitel is well known for her reputation of bedding married celebs. She was last reported having an affair with actor David Boreanaz. She is the first woman who is revealed as Tiger Woods' mistress in addition to cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs and nightclub marketing manager Kalika Moquin.

Prior to Radar Online's latest report, 33-year-old Uchitel was very adamant in quashing reports of an affair with the athlete. She told FOX News Channel in recent interview, "I never crossed paths with Tiger in Melbourne - not in a restaurant, not in the gym, not in the lobby, nothing. I did not have an affair with Tiger Woods. I met him twice and have not heard from him since. This is not something I want to be involved with at all. I'm not trying to go out there saying I'm having an affair with Tiger Woods."
