Illamasqua has a wide variety of colors, but I chose the color "Obey" purely to satisfy my "pinky peach" lipstick cravings. Obey is described as a bright, coral pink with a matte finish.

Obey is definitely "bright". In fact, it reminds me a lot of OCC Cha Cha (click here for a reference) in color and brightness. This lipstick is very pigmented and can be very opaque with a few swipes. The more heavy I apply the lipstick, the more "neon" it looks. So I prefer to wear a light coat of this lipstick and apply a lip gloss on top because I'm not a huge fan of matte lips. This color can be duped with MAC Everhip and a coat of NYX Orange Soda. I like the formula of this lipstick and even though it's a matte, it hasn't seemed to dry out my lips more than the norm. Although I do love this color, I don't think it was necessary for me to purchase as I have so many other similar colors. I think my pinky peach obsession may come to a near closing. I do definitely recommend this lipstick though if you are hunting for a color similar to this. It is beautiful and because of the high pigmentation, it will last you forever!
