NYX Cosmetics Lets Many Beauty and Makeup Buyers Down With The 12 Hour Sale. For those of you who didn't know, NYX was celebrating it's 12 year anniversary with a 12 hour sale. Which lasted from May 15 p.m. until 12 a.m. Everything in the sale was featured at a low price of $1.20. Sounds like a great deal right? I actually found out about the sale this morning (otherwise my lovely readers would have been well informed). Not that it mattered anyway since many of the beauty buyers trying to get trough to the sale were unable to make their purchases.

Many sat around for hours refreshing their pages and trying to get through with their orders. Some were even able to get to checkouts only to find products which someone else put in their carts. Needless to say thousands are disappointed including myself, and the NYX facebook page is filled with comments from disappointed customers many boycotting the brand. So far NYX is willing to offer a 50% off discount that can be used for a week and free shipping but there is a catch. You have to individually email them in order to get it. Again not a very good idea NYX ( should just post a code into their twitter or facebook page).
