Tiger Woods divorce deal: 'No girlfriends to be allowed near the children'

By Daily Mail Reporter

Over: The divorce between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren is almost finalised

The divorce settlement between Tiger Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren is close to being finalised, it has been claimed.

And there are plenty of strings attached for the 34-year-old champion golfer.

Tiger is said to be banned from exposing his children to any girlfriends as part of the record-breaking deal.

Focus: Tiger is back on the course

A clause in the deal restricts who Tiger can expose the children to. No women he is romantically linked to are allowed around the couple's two children Sam, three and Charlie, one, unless he marries them.

'Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanising side of their father,' a source told The Sun.

Elin, 30, is set to receive the largest divorce settlement in history - a whopping $750 million.

As part of the deal she gets to keep the couples home in Windemere, Florida as well as another house Tiger owned in the area.

The properties they owned in her native Sweden will also belong to her.

Tiger will get the Jupiter Island, Florida house, which is still under construction and worth a reported $80 million, along with the Los Angeles apartment.

This is all in addition to an enormous monetary sum.

'The price of the huge sum is her silence,' the insider told The Sun.

Split assets: Tiger gets the $80 million Jupiter Island house

It is believed Elin is ready to file for divorce at Orlando County Court within a week.

The agreement also allegedly states that Elin will get sole physical custody of their kids but will split legal custody with Tiger.

This means that Tiger will have decision making power over the children's lives.

Elin and Tiger, 34, married in 2004 but have been estranged since reports surfaced that he had cheated with at least 14 women.
