Giorgio Armani has announced that Josh Hartnett will be the new face of the Emporio Armani Diamonds for Men fragrance.The Emporio Armani Diamonds for Men fragrance will be unveiled in June during Spring/Summer 2009 fashion week in Milan, with a worldwide launch scheduled for August. Mr. Armani sated that he was thrilled with their new model. "The Emporio Armani generation is inspired by film and music. I felt that for the men's Diamond fragrance, it would therefore be appropriate to involve one of today's most inspiring young actors," he said. He added that the 29-year-old wasn't just a talented actor, saying: "Both on and off screen, he has a charm and charisma that is magnetic. His individuality, allure and nonchalant way of being are all qualities which inspired me in the creation of this new fragrance." Hartnett joins Beyonce Knowles, who currently fronts the campaign Emporio Armani Diamonds women's fragrance.
