OOTD: Bright Florals & Crisp Whites

As you all know, I love to shop. But I'm no hoarder. When I buy it, I wear it.  My OOTD consists of 2 purchases that I've made in the last 72 hours!I paired my new floral print blouse with my Banana Republic Tie-waist gathered skirt (which is absolutely adorable! and btw, it's a size 4 for anyone who is curious about fit.)Top- Zara; Skirt- Banana Republic; Shoes- Jessica Simpson.Tonight I'm
