
As for his reason in choosing Van Sant, the actor claimed the helmer has good reputation for making film in Portland, where the shooting for the next installment of the "Twilight" movies will possibly take place. "He shoots everything in Portland. He's good at making it look beautiful," he credited the director. Later, he added, "It's all about teenage love and obsessions. I think Gus Van Sant would be great."
Though Summit Entertainment has not confirmed that the fourth book of Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight Saga" will be made into film, Pattinson has previously claimed the making of "Breaking Dawn" is "pretty much inevitable." The British actor, moreover, gave a possible production schedule for the film, saying "I think it's going to be probably end of next year before filming." However, he noted that the studio may change the schedule.
