She might be around four months pregnant - but Kelly Brook was at a different kind of nursery as she perused the plants at a garden centre yesterday.

The 31-year-old star, who's expecting her first baby with former rugby ace boyfriend Thom Evans, 26, was spotted browsing the begonias and glancing at geraniums at the garden supplies shop near her home in Kent.

However, it seems that the blossoming beauty is only interested in plants she can eat, and left with potfuls of healthy fresh herbs.

She plumped for mint, coriander and chives, which could mean the beauty is getting ready to cook up a storm.

The star was at Rumwoods Garden Centre near Maidstone, but despite the horticulturalists being the largest rose growers in the South East, flowers were the last thing on her mind.

Perhaps Kelly is trying to eat more healthily to balance out her pregnancy cravings.

And last week, she was enjoying some pastel de nata in Portugal as she took it easy on a beach holiday,

She Tweeted at the weekend: 'Enjoying the Easter break in the Algarve, the Belgium chocolate eggs have gone down well.'

The mother-to-be looked the picture of health however in a grey and white checked shirt over a white T-shirt with lemon yellow skinny jeans and white plimsolls.

The model has been dating Thom for five months and they announced they were expecting a baby together last month.

Kelly confirmed the news on her Twitter page, posting: ‘Thom and I are happy to announce we are expecting a baby girl. We are delighted XXXX.’

The little girl will be the first child for both of them when she arrives this summer.
